TAVISCorporation is an engineering and manufacturing company that offers a peaceful campus-like setting located near the old mining town of Mariposa, California. We are a short drive from Yosemite National Park.

Life at TAVIS
TAVISCorporation operates on an alternative workweek that consists of working four 9-hour days Monday-Thursday and one 8-hour day Friday in the first week, and four 9-hour days Monday-Thursday in the second week with Friday off. Over the two-week period, the employee will work 9 days for a total of 80 hours (9/80).
TAVIS takes company-wide rest periods twice a day. Our campus-like setting allows for scenic walks amongst the trees. If walking isn’t your speed we have shaded seating areas around each building.
TAVIS has monthly assemblies where all employees gather to go over general company updates; Such as announcing new hires, policy updates, contracts won, and other pertinent info.

ITAR Requirements
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), applicants that become employees of TAVIS Corporation must be able to provide evidence of being one of the following:
